Sugar makes the world spin, well not really, but it certainly has become quite an addiction to most people. It is really astounding how much sugar is in every day things we consume. Now natural foods, such as strawberries and apples indeed have sugar, but those are natural sugars called fructose and quite frankly are pretty darn good for you. But seeing something like this really makes a person start to wonder about the things that are consumed. Be sure to look over the infographic below and next time you drink that soda or eat that candy, remember that the sugar levels in it are effectively off the charts of what you SHOULD be consuming.
