With our recent change to vegetarianism, we have been exploring alternate protein sources. One that we have stumbled across that is rapidly becoming a favorite is chickenless chicken. You’re very possibly asking “what is chickenless chicken?”, well, it’s a soy and wheat based protein that tastes just like chicken, without all of the actual chicken. Normally we bake these patties and make sandwiches, but really, just about anything could be done with this tasty product.
