Pork chops. Pork chops are a relatively versatile protein and frankly I like it. I also very much like breading my pork chops and I just so happened to grab a brand new container of parm earlier today, so I thought “why not?!”
When I made mine, they cooked in the oven for about 23 minutes and were coming out at 170-173 in various spots, so I pulled them out to not overcook.
